The Real J. Edgar
It is such a shame that J. Edgar has received such average reviews, specially as the man himself was far from that. He was, and still is, once of the most interesting characters in American history - and they could have made a very powerful story about his life, and the control he had over the USA but Eastwood has clearly chosen the wrong choice of narrative; I think the film deserved to be quick-witted, sharp, dark and moving, but it seems very cliche and dreary.
